I have been an athlete since my college days but later on I lost my motivation and started an unhealthy lifestyle. I completely ignored my sports and did not even perform any physical exercise during all these years. Last year I went for my check up and I found out that my BMI is about to cross the obesity level. I went to Dr. Gerhard for my consultation and he suggested that me to have bariatric surgery. The results were beyond my expectations.

Weight loss journey was always a nightmare for me because it was not possible for me to naturally lose weight because of some genetic complications. Thanks to the medical specialists who made this possible for people like me to be in shape. I tried many exercises, even did liposuction but the temporary procedures did not work for me so I decided to go for bariatric surgery as my friend had good experience with. I chose Akh Vienna and met Dr. Gerhard who gave me that confidence to have surgery. We discussed the whole procedure and within a week I was ready for my bariatric surgery. It went well, I was kept under observation and then I was discharged. It was the best decision I made for myself.
