I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Alper Toker and his team. When I was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer, I was terrified. I had so many questions and fears about surgery, recovery, and what the future would look like. But from the moment I met Dr. Toker, I knew I was in the best possible hands. He thoroughly explained my treatment options, and because my tumor was caught early, he recommended a minimally invasive Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS) lobectomy instead of open surgery. He assured me that this approach would result in less pain, smaller incisions, and a much faster recovery time, and he was absolutely right! The surgery was a complete success, and I was up and walking the very next day. Within a week, I was feeling stronger than I ever expected. The scars are barely noticeable, and my breathing has improved significantly.

I fractured my ankle during a race and my friends took me to Acibadem Taksim Hospital. The doctors did some X-ray and told me that I needed a surgery done to help me with the fracture as the bone was dislocated. I underwent the surgery and it was successful. Now I have to get a few sessions of physiotherapy and I'll be able to walk like I used to.

Two years ago, I moved to Turkey for my work commitments. One day I experienced severe stomach pain, and I went to Acibadem Taksim as it was near my apartment. The doctor diagnosed me with stomach polyps. Luckily they were in the initial stages, so the doctor suggested gastrectomy to treat the disease. I was not ready for surgery, but I took courage and had surgery. The procedure went smoothly. I did not experience any pain after this. I recovered quickly, and after surgery, I went for my follow-ups regularly for three months. Now I am fully recovered.

I needed shoulder replacement surgery. In my city, I was afraid to do such a serious operation, so I turned to the clinics on call service. Of course, maybe it's stupid, but I chose a doctor based on the principle of knowledge of the Russian language. The coordinator Svetlana suggested several orthopedic doctors. I chose the German surgeon Geza Pap, as he has an impressive experience and is really famous in Germany and beyond. Yes, surgery in Germany is more expensive than in Turkey, but I still decided to be treated by Pap. The operation was performed in a jewellery, the doctor accompanied me at all stages, very sympathetic and understanding. I'm the suspicious and anxious type. He constantly reassured me, which added confidence that he knew that everything would be fine. My first operation in my life was successful. I advise you to immediately choose good clinics and doctors!

My Osteoarthritis was not getting better despite taking the medications. I had excruciating hip pain and this was affecting my ability to walk and other daily activities. My friend suggested that I visit Helios Park Leipzig Hospital as it had positive reviews for Orthopedic Treatment. I got an appointment with an Orthopedic Surgeon and told him about the chronic hip pain. I was told to get a X-ray and a few other tests. After checking the test results the doctor told me that it was better for me to get a hip replacement done as it would help to relive the pain. He told me not to worry as the hospital had a good success rate of the surgery. I decided to get the surgery as I wanted to get rid of the pain. A week later I underwent the surgery and now I'm getting sessions of physiotherapy to speed up the recovery. I feel happy to have followed the doctors advice.
