My experience with astrocytoma treatment at the Assuta clinic was mixed. On the one hand, the medical equipment and technology they had was modern, and I felt that I was in good hands in terms of the technical aspects of the treatment. However, I encountered problems communicating with some members of the medical staff. I felt that information about my condition or decisions about my treatment were sometimes not explained enough to me, which caused me additional stress. There were also moments when the organizational side (making appointments, waiting for test results) left much to be desired. Despite this, the treatment itself was successful and I am grateful for the level of professionalism of the doctors, especially during the operation. Overall, I'm pleased with the results, although the process was not without its challenges.

When I was diagnosed with rectal cancer, I was afraid that I would have to get a stoma. In Moldova, I was told that it would be impossible to do without removing part of the intestine. Through friends, I contacted the coordinators, and they helped organize a trip to the Medical Park Goztepe clinic. Here, oncologists offered an option with preserving the intestine and radiation therapy. I recovered quickly, and so did my bowel function. Asklepios Klinik Altona is famous for its gastroenterology center and I also got a chance to visit the center. Last year, I had very bad food poisoning due to which I experienced excruciating stomach pain.
