When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I was in complete shock. Doctors said that I needed to remove both breasts...Through friends, I learned about the Florence Nightingale clinic in Istanbul. At first I had doubts, but after consulting with their oncologist, I decided to get treatment there. I was amazed at how quickly and clearly the process was organized. They quickly diagnosed me, and the doctors said that I could save my breast. After removing the tumor, they did an operation to restore my breast. I expected the worst from chemotherapy... I read horror stories on the Internet... in fact, it was bearable... The doctors here know how to alleviate complications. I felt nauseous and tired, but not as much as I expected. The wards are comfortable, the nurses are kind, always responsive. Now I am in remission!!! Thank you to the doctors!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Alper Toker and his team. When I was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer, I was terrified. I had so many questions and fears about surgery, recovery, and what the future would look like. But from the moment I met Dr. Toker, I knew I was in the best possible hands. He thoroughly explained my treatment options, and because my tumor was caught early, he recommended a minimally invasive Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS) lobectomy instead of open surgery. He assured me that this approach would result in less pain, smaller incisions, and a much faster recovery time, and he was absolutely right! The surgery was a complete success, and I was up and walking the very next day. Within a week, I was feeling stronger than I ever expected. The scars are barely noticeable, and my breathing has improved significantly.

Medical packages that BNH offers have a lot of unnecessary meaningless investigations and only a few truly validated meaningful ones. That is why insurance companies do not cover a large portion of costs.
Some investigation results are downright incorrect. For example, I received a “normal” report on the organ I don’t have anymore :).
If you have new symptoms, no point discussing them with the doctor; the doctor is mostly concerned with the package and not with diagnosing of your condition.
Positive: quick and efficient workflow.
Recommendation: stay away from the hospital’s checkup packages. More generally: in Thailand you should find a doctor, not the hospital for specific conditions.

I went in the morning for an ear infection and blockage. It was my first time going to a Thailand hospital and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience! Wonderful and clean facilities - no crowds at all! Barely any waiting from registration, nurse taking vitals, the physician treatment, payment and then pharmacy - all done in about 30min! Can't expect that in the US! All for only 2252 baht (~USD66) WITHOUT insurance.
All staff I dealt with spoke good English and were pleasant, professional and efficient. I loved that they had a monitor to see what the doctor was looking at in my ear! She explained well and removed my blockage quickly and painlessly. I am so happy I picked this hospital.

I highly recommend this place! On 12th of August at 3am, I was rushed to the emergency unit, diagnosed with anaphylactic shock. The staff acted swiftly; I was immediately wheeled into a bed and given prompt care. The doctor on duty spoke fluent English, and I'm very grateful for his professionalism and patience. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, I really appreciate the excellent care I received from BNH, even in the early hours of the morning. Thumbs up!
