I have been living in India for a couple of years for work. Recently I started to notice that I see worse. Over time, the veil became more and more dense, and I was frightened. I heard a lot from my friends about the Fortis clinic, so I decided to consult. My doctor was the wonderful Dr. Anita Sithi. I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and I went to Fortis Hospital, Vadapalani, for my consultation, where the doctor suggested a lumpectomy. My younger brother was diagnosed with sickle cell disease two years ago. It was a tough phase for our family. We consulted many physicians initially but were not satisfied. One day I contacted the coordinator at Clinics on Call and told them about my brother’s condition. They asked for his medical reports, and after discussion, they recommended visiting Fortis Memorial hospital. We went there, and the doctor checked my brother. He initially performed some basic tests, and after analyzing his condition, he suggested a bone marrow transplant. We were not in favor of the procedure, but it was the only option, so we agreed to it. Now my brother is healthy and recovering. All thanks to the doctors and the coordinators at Clinics on Call for helping us.
