• For his specialization, Prof. Dr. M. İhsan went to the same Institute, Istanbul University and completed his specialized education in 1991.
• He started his research program in pediatric urology and went to a famous research center in Turkey.
• Prof. Dr. M. İhsan went to the USA for his internship training in sexual dysfunction and urinary incontinence.

• Prof. Dr. M. İhsan Karaman started his career as a physician at Istanbul University Hospital. He offered his services at the institute for one year and left the institute in 2014.
• Later on, he went to the USA for his internship program and joined a well-known institute. Prof. Dr. M. İhsan performed many procedures related to kidney and urinary pathology.
• On his return, Prof. Dr. M. İhsan joined Istanbul Medeniyet Institute and served there for two years.
• After that, he joined Haydarpaşa Numune Institute as a urologist. He treated hundreds of patients with kidney problems and sexual dysfunction.
• Currently, Prof. Dr. M. İhsan is associated with Medistate Hospital and serves there as a chief urologist.
