My daughter was seven years old when we found out that she had thalassemia. We were extremely shocked to know about her disease as it was very dangerous as we heard from everywhere. Her initial reports showed that it was genetically acquired. We were extremely disappointed; however, a friend of mine suggested that I contact coordinators at Clinics On Call. I was not hopeful, but I contacted them one day. They asked about her medical reports and provided them with all the details. After a few hours, they recommended Dr. Rainer at University Hospital Dusseldorf. They arranged our appointment. We took our daughter to the clinic, and the doctor performed diagnostic tests. After thoroughly checking her reports, he suggested a bone marrow transplant as it was the only option with favorable results. The doctor made sure that the procedure was performed with great care and accuracy. The surgery went well due to Dr. Rainer's best approach. He kept her under observation, and after one week, she got discharged. She responded well to the treatment and was recovering slowly. Now its been two years, and she is doing fine. I suffered from back pain for a long time until my hip started to fail. It turned out to be a large hernia and somehow inconveniently located. In Kazakhstan they said - a risky operation, there is a risk of damaging the spinal nerve. During an online consultation with a surgeon from Liv Vadi, I was given hope that the operation could be performed without complications. The hernia was removed with a microscope and navigation. Everything was done carefully, through a small incision. I recovered in literally two weeks. My back does not hurt!!!! I am still in shock. Thanks to the doctors!!!!!!!!!!
