A few months ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Fortunately, it was detected in the initial stages, so I had not experienced severe symptoms as I got it checked in a few weeks. I went to Emil von Behring Hospital, where the surgeon performed a few tests and informed me about the condition. We discussed everything and considered a few options to treat the disease. As it was in the initial stage, the doctor assured me that lumpectomy was a safe option. After three days, I had the surgery. I was kept under observation for three days, and then I returned home. Dr. Wolf is an expert in handling complex diseases, and I am impressed by his services. Last year, my mother got severely ill, and we were worried about her condition. We went to all clinics, but her condition did not improve. My friend suggested visiting the University hospital Frankfurt. I went there with my mother and met Dr. Wolf. He thoroughly checked all medical transcripts and performed some diagnostic tests. He informed me that my mother had stones in her gall bladder, and it is better to perform a cholecystectomy. My mother was not ready for a surgery, but he assured me that it is a minimally invasive surgery and there would be a minimum recovery period. After complete consultation, he performed the surgery. It went well, and he kept my mother under observation for three days. During this time, he took complete care of my mother. After three days, she got discharged from the hospital. Dr. Wolf suggested her to take complete bed rest as it will help in healing. Now my mother is doing fine and has not faced any side effects post-surgery.

My daughter was seven years old when we found out that she had thalassemia. We were extremely shocked to know about her disease as it was very dangerous as we heard from everywhere. Her initial reports showed that it was genetically acquired. We were extremely disappointed; however, a friend of mine suggested that I contact coordinators at Clinics On Call. Incredible unprofessionalism. From April 2022 to October 2022, MRI appointments for epi patients with constant seizures became monthly!! postponed, a new date proposed by post to postpone it again and cancel it completely in October! Supposedly no free places!!! It's fun - to go to the hospital instead of university or to come to Erfurt from Brandenburg during the holidays to get the constant rejections! Well.. My father was hypertensive for the past two years, and he was receiving medical treatment from our family surgeon. Last year, he had an ischemic attack, and since then, his condition was deteriorating with each passing day. The surgeon said that due to co-morbid conditions, it is difficult to manage the disease. I got an appointment from the administration and took my father to the hospital. Dr. Stephan performed the ECG and did some other diagnostic procedures to check the severity of the situation. He informed me that my father needed a coronary artery stenting because there was a blockage of blood flow. It was the only suitable solution for him due to his co-morbidity. We discussed the procedure, precautions, and post-operation. The surgery took place a week later, and the doctor kept him under observation for five days. After the surgery, he is doing well and has no issues. It all happened due to Dr. Stephan’s assistance. I would recommend visiting the clinic for cardiological problems.

My mother was diagnosed with uterine cancer and was severely ill. We took her to Vivantes hospital for treatment upon the recommendation of coordinators at Clinics On Call. It is a medical tourism company and I approached them after finding out about their services. They assisted us throughout the treatment period and arranged all appointments and consultation sessions with oncologists. The oncologists performed all diagnostic tests to confirm the disease, and after that, they recommended starting chemotherapy as she had stage three disease. I was skeptical about the treatment as I had heard bad reviews about it in the past. However, the oncologist guided us about the whole procedure and assured us of positive intervention. After discussion, we agreed to the chemotherapy. The oncologist suggested five to six sessions, and after that, her reports were normal. It all happened due to the help of Clinics on Call coordinators and the oncologists at Vivantes clinic.
