Hip pain was Atros. In Sweden's Västra Götaland region (VG), a queue has been going on for more than a year. The health guarantee applies after 3 months. Since I take blood thinners, the operation must be performed in a hospital with intensive care facilities. VG has not procured this. But if I can find a hospital that can operate on me and the prosthesis that VG approves, the insurance company will reimburse the operation, but I will have to pay for the travel costs myself. Since I spent much time in Nerja, I contacted HM International in Malaga. From the first contact to the operation, it took 2.5 weeks. By paying for the operation myself and afterwards sending the costs to the insurance company in Sweden, I now have a new hip joint and am very satisfied. The treatment at HM was very professional, and I always had access to a Swedish-speaking contact. Highly recommended.
