• In 2002, Prof. Dr. Emre Balik served at Istanbul University General Surgery Division, where he remained until 2014.

•  Prof. Dr. Yıldıray Yüzer did specialization training in General Surgery from Ege University Faculty of Medicine during 1978 and 1984.
• He also completed compulsory service at Izmir Menemen State Hospital in 1988.
